| 摘 要： | 目前的教师职后培训具有明显的政策导向,教师个体的需要被淡化、教师在培训中的主体地位受到忽视,这使教师在培训中处于困境之中,培训成效低下.本文指出,回归教师立场、给予教师更多的参与权、改革培训方式、充分重视教师经验的个别差异,是提高职后培训有效性的关键所在.
