| Abstract: | The paper, after consulting ,collecting and classifying ,and analyzing the teaching research papers on basketball published in china's physical education periodicals between 1995-2000,holds that the more wide understanding of basketball teaching aims has been reached ,and that the pluralistic teaching pattern has been taken on, and that the deeper research into teaching methods has been employed, and that the more related courses have been used in basketball teaching.
