健身气功八段锦对老年人红细胞功能的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨健身气功八段锦对老年人红细胞功能的影响。方法:将156名无运动习惯的老年人,随机分为不运动组和八段锦组两组,每组各78名,八段锦组进行24周锻炼,之后比较红细胞功能。结果:实验后,八段锦组红细胞压积、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞聚集指数和红细胞膜MDA含量明显低于无运动组(P<0.01);八段锦组红细胞膜SOD活性、红细胞CRI表达和CRI黏附活性明显高于无运动组(P<0.01)。结论:健身气功八段锦锻炼能改善红细胞功能,这可能是八段锦抗衰老的机制。

Abstract:Objective: To study the influences of fitness qigong baduanjin on erythrocyte function of the elderly.Method: 156 elder people without exercise habits are divided into 2 groups with 78 ones in each group randomly: blank group and baduanjin group.The people in baduanjin group do baduanjin exercise for 24 weeks.Then it compares the changes of erythrocyte function.Results: after experiment,the HCT,erythrocyte index of rigidity,erythro-agglutation index and MDA content of erythrocyte membrane of the old in baduanjin group are obviously lower than that in blank group(p 0.01);the SOD activity of red cell membrane,erythrocytes'CR1 expression and adherent activity of the old in baduanjin group are obviously higher than that in blank group(p 0.01).Conclusion: Fitness Qigong Baduanjin can improve the erythrocyte function,which may be the antiaging mechanism of baduanjin.
