国内外《学生体质健康标准》比较研究

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,通过对中美日三国学生体质健康标准中的测试指标及其演进做了比较研究,得到的启示:篮球运球、足球运球、排球垫球作为备选指标与体育成绩考核存在一定矛盾;反映学生心肺功能的指标耐力跑的距离可适当加长;台阶试验测试结果可信度需要进一步论证;掷实心球评价标准的分级可能存在问题;在反映同一身体素质的指标应该归为同一类目;皮脂厚度测量法能更直接反映学生的身体成份,应考虑增加该指标等。旨在为完善我国学生体质健康标准提供一定参考。

A Comparative Study of Chinese and Foreign ＂ Student Physique Healthy Standard＂

Using the method of literature, logical analysis, it comparatively studies on the Student Physique Healthy Standard Test Index among the China, USA and Japan. Results gives us the enlightenment： taking basketball dribble, football dribble, volleyball raising as altemative indicators having contradict with the physical examination results; the distance of endurance which reflecting students＇ cardiopulmonary function should be extended; the credibility of step test result needs further argument ; classification of the throwing solid ball evaluation standard may have some problems; the indexs reflecting the same physical quality should be classified into the same category; sebum thickness measurement method can better directly reflect the body composition of students, we should consider increasing this index to our physical health standard Above all, it hopes to provide certain reference to perfeet our country student physique healthy standard.
