摘    要:教师专业化已成为世界教师教育的发展趋势与潮流,也是中国教师教育改革的需求与方向。了解教师专业化的发展进程,明确教师专业化的内涵及标准,认识我国教师专业化发展的现状,搞好教师教育的改革,以便更好地促进我国教师专业化的发展。

Abstract:Teacher specialization has been the development trend of international teacher education. It is also the requirement and direction of Chinese innovation of teacher education. For better development of teacher specialization in China, we should know the development progress, connotation and criterion. Furthermore, the state of Chinese teacher specialization should be known clearly for our innovation of teacher education.
