| 摘 要： | 通过对湖北省五所高校武术选项课的实践调查,二年的教学实践使学生在武术技术、基础理论知识和身体素质上都有了很大的提高,教学前后对各项指标进行了统计分析,相互比较均有较明显的差异。提示：二年制武术选项课的教学,对提高大学生体育文化素养有较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Based on the teaching practice survey of the selected course of martial arts in five universities of Hubei province, this paper finds out that the students have improved a lot in the martial arts techniques, the base theoretical knowledge and physical quality. There are clear differences of the targets that statistical analysis and compared with each other teaching. It suggests that two - year select teaching of martial arts have a better result to improve the students＇ sports culture accomplishment. |
