一种玻璃纤维增强树脂基复合材料板弹簧的设计

摘    要:根据某汽车钢板弹簧相关参数和分析结果,用有限元软件ANSYS设计优化了一种玻璃纤维增强树脂基复合材料(GFRP,俗称玻璃钢)板弹簧来代替原钢板弹簧,并对其动态特性及结构应力分布进行有限元分析.结果证明,该复合材料板弹簧应力更低,固有频率更高,不计吊耳时弹簧重量减轻了约75%.

Abstract:Based on the analytical results and corresponding parameters of cer tain car steel leaf spring,a composite leaf spring made from fiberglass reinforced with epoxy resin was designed and optimized using the ANSYS software.The dynamic characteristics and structural stress distribution were analyzed using finite element method.Compared to the steel spring,the composite spring has higher natural frequency and lower spring weight(reducing weight by 75% with the eye excluded).
