| 摘 要： | 我省普通本科院校中开办的职业技术学院,在管理队伍的理念上、管理方式上、教学组织形式上,更多地沿用了普通本科的模式.如何突出高职特色,努力创新高职教育教学模式,必须在人才培养模式定位、专业教学计划制定、“双师型“教师队伍构建、实习实训基地建设等方面加强研究和实践.

| Abstract: | The administrative ideology, methods and teaching form of voc ation and technical education in universities for bachelors degree in Shaanxi province mo re followed the bachelors degree education model. In order to give prominence to the character of vocation and innovate the education and teaching model of vocational education,we must stress highlight o f study of talents education model, teaching plan for specialties,teacher emphasi zing on teaching and practice and development of practice and training base. |
