| 摘 要： | 高校排球选项课堂中实施目标式教学,可以让学生感受到排球的魅力,体验到运动的快乐和成功的喜悦,极大限度地发挥主观能动性;可以提高课堂教学质量,使学生逐步养成终身体育的良好习惯。分析排球选项课的现状,提出应用目标式教学的方法、策略。

It can improve the quality of teaching and enable student to develop a good habit of lifetime sports. This paper analyzes the status of volleyball teaching,proposes the method of teaching goals and strategies. |
