| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代的竞争关键在人才。高职教育培养的人才必须具备较强的综合素质及其能力，以适应社会发展需要。通过对高职教育中人才培养目标存在的误区以及高职人才综合素质的体现进行分析，提出了优化高职教育人才培养的主要实施途径。

| Abstract: | The competitive key of knowledge economic times is talents.The talents trained by higher vocational education must have higher comprehensive quality and other abilities for adapting to social development.This paper analyzes the existing misunderstandings in talents' training aim of higher vocational education and the reflection of higher vocational talents' comprehensive quality,putting forward the main implementing approach for optimizing talents' training of higher vocational education. |
