| 摘 要： | 民族教育的政治功能、经济功能、文化和社会功能决定了它在民族地区城镇化建设中的基础地位。民族教育事业取得了令人瞩目的成就，但也面临着严峻的挑战。在民族地区城镇化建设中要以科学发展观为指导，优先发展民族教育，实现从接受教育范式向创新教育范式的转变，并以完善和落实民族教育管理自治权来保障其实施。

| Abstract: | The political,economic,cultural and social functions of ethnic education have resulted in its fundamental position in urbanization of ethnic regions.Though great achievements have been made in ethnic education,it also faces many challenges.In urbanization of ethnic regions,scientific concept of development should be adhered to as guidance,priority should be given to the development of ethnic education and a receiving model should be transformed into an innovative model in education through optimizing and implementing autonomy in ethnic education management. |
