制备粒径均匀碳纳米颗粒的研究

摘    要:通过沸石的结构变形采用化学气相沉积法制备出了粒径均匀的碳纳米颗粒.利用X射线衍射,场发射扫描电镜,高分辨透射电镜对样品进行了结构表征和分析.结果表明:形成的碳纳米颗粒粒径均在100 nm左右,呈实心、准球状,纯度很高,且石墨化程度较低.其生成机理为:沸石在高温下结构发生变形,出现片状和孔状结构,从而为碳纳米颗粒的生长提供适宜的环境.

Abstract:Homogeneous carbon nano particles are synthesized by CVD method with distortion of zeolite.The sample was characterized by XRD,SEM and HRTEM.The results show that the sample was carbon nano particles with diameter of ca.100 nm,solid quasi-sphericity,high purity and low-degree graphitization.The mechanism is that zeolite would become deformed into the structure of flake or pore at a high temperature,which could provide a proper environment for synthesizing.
