价值取向指人们观察、思考、认识和把握价值问题的基本思路和总体趋向，它对于人们的认识和实践活动具有重要的引领作用。我们党提出构建社会主义和谐社会的伟大论断，不仅在事实层面上为我国经济社会的发展提供了科学的治理方略和发展模式，而且在价值层面上倡导一种以人民为主体、以公平正义为原则、以整体利益最大化为目标的全新价值取向，它引导着我国社会向着关注民生、维护公平、追求社会和谐的理想状态迈进。
