| 摘 要： | 据“麦可思2013年中国大学生就业报告蓝皮书”中的数据分析显示，高职软件技术专业群毕业生的职业能力满足度尚待提高。而以科技社团活动为载体展开职业活动，是增加学生就业竞争力的一个有效手段。通过分析软件产品生命周期中不同阶段的岗位对从业人员职业素养的需求，提取了相应指标并分析其重要程度，探讨了通过科技社团活动进行综合职业素质针对性培养的组织方式与评价方法。

| Abstract: | The data analysis of ＂MyCOS 2013 Chinese university students＇ employment report blue book＂ shows that vocational ability satisfaction of higher vocational graduates in soRware technique major is yet to be improved. The launch of occupational activities with scientific technology community activities as the carrier is an effective way to increase students＇ employment competitiveness. By analyzing the demand for professional quality of the workers at different stages in the soRware product life cycle, it ex~xacts the corresponding index and analyses its importance, discusses the organization and evaluation methods of comprehensive professional quality targeted training through scientific technology club activities. |
