| Abstract: | After a comparison study on the approach speeds between Chinese elite male long-jumpers and their foreign counterparts, the author concluded that improvement of approach speed will help aquire the vertical speed and soaring speed in take-off,which in turn will helop the athletes achieve excellent performance. |
