| 摘 要： | 保障校园安全是学校管理的首要任务。本文分析了英国校园安全管理体系,将其运作特点总结为依法明确责任、建立儿童信托伙伴关系、重视事前预防、全面的回应措施和透明化的沟通等方面,并论述了对完善我国校园安全管理体系的启示。

| Abstract: | Ensuring school safety and security is the priority task in school management.This paper analyzes the school safety management system of UK,and summarizes its features as the following: accountable performance by law,establishment of children’s trust partnerships,focus on prevention, comprehensive response,and transparent communication.It finally discusses the enlightenment to China’s school safety management system. |
