| 摘 要： | “用工荒”、“招工难”是近年来泉州等加工制造业聚集地区的中小型民营企业的一个突出现象,严重影响了企业的稳定经营和发展。文章分析了“用工荒”问题的深层原因,指出中小型民营企业要获得新的发展。必须顺应现代企业管理的趋势。实行伦理管理,并结合泉州企业的实际。提出中小型民营企业实施伦理管理的具体思路。

| Abstract: | "Shortage of workers"and"difficulty in recruiting workers"are prominent phenomena in Quanzhou private enterprises of middle-small size at the areas which processing manufactures gather.It affects seriously enterprises' steady running and developing.The article analyses deep causes of"shortage of workers",points out that private enterprises would obtain new development must conform to the trend of modern enterprise management,to carry out ethical management;combining the practice of Quanzhou enterprises,puts forward concrete thought of ethical management in private enterprises of middle-small size. |
