| 摘 要： | "以人为本"是科学发展观的核心,也是高校教育管理的核心理念."以人为本"的高校教育管理,将调动人的主观能动性,实现人的全面发展,并使高校教育管理迭到最佳效果.为此,高校领导必须注重引导教育教职工培植爱岗敬业精神,体现人文关怀,建立有效的激励机制,加强高校特色文化建设,建立健全高校民主管理制度,以真正体现"以人为本".
