| 摘 要： | 当前成人教育（脱产班）的教学质量存在着部分学生实践技能差、综合素质不高等问题，必须推进成人教育（脱产班）的教学改革，让其培养目标定位与市场需要一致，加强实践性教育环节，全面推进素质教育，确保成人教育（脱产班）的教学质量。

| Abstract: | The author of this article discloses some problems in the teaching of adult education (for the class of the students divorced from their work), such as the poor operational abilities and poor comprehensive quality and proposes that the teaching reforms of adult education should be accelerated to coordinate its training objectives with the need of market, and that the practice in the education should be reinforced so as to insure the quality of adult education. |
