北方高校女生冬季体育锻炼现状调查及发展对策

针对近年来学生体质健康状况逐年下降,而北方冬季的大学体育锻炼更容易被忽视这一严峻问题,为了培养北方高校女学生养成良好冬季体育锻炼的习惯,利用文献资料法、问卷调查法对北方高校女学生冬季体育锻炼的现状进行调查分析,探索女大学生冬季体育锻炼的方式、行为特征及影响高校女学生体育锻炼的因素,提出了加速高校女生形成冬季体育锻炼习惯的对策,为北方高校冬季体育教学改革提供参考依据。
