研训教师的知识结构

摘    要:研训教师的知识结构与中小学教师的知识结构有密切的关系,中小学教师的知识结构可以用“本体性知识、条件性知识、实践性知识和一般文化知识”来表述,研训教师的知识结构也可以表述为这样四个组成部分,不过具有自己的特点——那是由研训教师作为中小学教师专业发展的参与者、帮助者、促进者和引领者的角色作用和自身的专业发展需要决定的。
