| 摘 要： | 开展学校布局调整工作是优化教育资源配置、提高教育资源使用效益的重要途径。我国是一个农业大国，农村人口占全国总人口的70％以上，农村教育的成效如何，直接关系到我国教育的整体质量。作为学校布局调整一个很重要的组成部分，农村中小学布局调整的意义无疑是重大的。
