| Abstract: | Outsourcing teachers make up an important part of the construction of faculty team in TVU,they are of strategic importance for TVU' development.This paper probes into the main problems on the management of outsourcing teachers,it also points out some measures on strengthening the managing,thus helping to provide useful experience and lessons for the construction of faculty team in TVU. |
