| 摘 要： | 随着我国现代化工程建设项目的快速发展，工程质量有了显著提高，这就对工程从施工到竣工整个过程的监督管理提出了更高的要求。为了满足我国经济发展对给排水专业的监督管理，工程施工应以工程质量为控制目标，以施工过程为基础以工序质量为核心，深入、细致地搞好监督管理工作。
