外汇储备增长与东西部贫富差距扩大的实证分析

外汇储备的持续增加使我国货币供给渠道发生了很大的改变,以外汇占款投放为主渠道的货币投放结构,使资源向东部沿海地区、外贸部门倾斜,资金分配的不平衡加大了东西部贫富差距,很有可能使我国步入“贫困化增长”。本文对外汇储备增长与东西部差距扩大的关系进行了实证分析,并给出了相应的政策建议。

Empirical Analysis about the Foreign Exchange Reserve Growthand the Gap of the Wealth Expansion between the East and the West

The increase of the foreign exchange reserve in our country results in the great change of the currency supply channel.The foreign exchange reserve increase has brought the massive currencies supplies,causes the resources to incline to the eastern part coastal area and the foreign trade department.The fund assignment has not balanced enlarged the gap of the wealth between the east and the west,and had the possibility to cause our country very much to march into "the pauperization growth".This article has carried on the empirical analysis regarding the relation of the foreign exchange reserve growth and the gap of the wealth expansion between the east and the west,and has produced the corresponding policy suggestion.
