| 摘 要： | 法律正义一般表现为实体正义和程序正义。程序正义体现于法律程序的设计以及司法裁判的过程之中 ,具有明确、具体且可操作的道德标准 ,属于“看得见的正义”。程序正义对我国实现依法治国有着重大的现实意义。
