| 摘 要： | 阐述了美国高校高水平运动员文化学习管理的现状,与我国高校高水平运动员的文化学习管理进行了对比分析。借鉴美国高校对运动员文化管理的先进经验,应进一步完善和加强我国高校高水平运动员的学习管理,以保障运动员文化学习的系统性和完整性。
