| 摘 要： | 从分析高校学报的特殊性入手,探讨了在当前激烈的生存竞争中,高校学报的发展问题.通过客观分析,提出优化学报内外环境、开放性办刊、采取优惠政策、营造刊物特色、实施版面调控、优化栏目设置等吸引优质稿件的举措,为拓宽学报同仁的办刊思路,提供了一些可资参考和借鉴的方法.

| Abstract: | Some features of journal run by colleges and universities are analyzed and some constructive suggestions are figured out to homany with the present situation.At first,it is significant to optimize both internal and external situations and make the journal popular to the society.Meanwhile,it is necessary to establish advanced policy and characterize it.But it is meaningful to control the scope of version and to draw the excellent drafts. |
