社会资本对组织创新的影响:中国珠三角地区企业的实证研究及其启示

摘    要:本文以我国华南地区企业等为调查对象,对社会资本是否以及如何通过组织创新影响组织的绩效进行实证研究。结果表明,组织的内部社会资本对管理创新有显著的直接影响,外部社会对技术创新有显著的直接影响,管理创新对组织绩效有显著的直接影响。技术创新对管理创新也有直接的正向影响,管理创新在社会资本-组织创新-组织绩效链中起到了至关重要的作用。

Abstract:We examine the relationships among social capital,administrative innovation,technical innovation and organizational performance.The sample of this study has 134 companies in south China.We proofed that firm-internal social capital has a positive direct impact on administrative innovation,firm-external social capital has a positive direct impact on technical innovation,administrative innovation has a positive direct impact on organizational performance,and administrative innovation has a positive indirect impact on technical innovation.Administrative innovation has an important role in the chain of social capital-organizational innovation organizational performance,and it's also the bottleneck to improve organizational performance.
