| 摘 要： | 分配既是一个经济问题,又是一个伦理问题。分配的实质是公平与效率问题,正确处理好公平与效率的关系问题,既能够实现经济的增长,更能够解决因贫富悬殊造成的各种社会、政治问题,实现社会和谐发展。
