| 摘 要： | 20世纪西方教育管理学的研究，在科学主义和人本主义两大哲学思潮的支配和影响之下，形成了20世纪70年代实证科学的第一个高峰及其后的后实证科学乃至当下科学与人本、客观与主观、事实与价值、组织与个人等二元整合与多元并置的第二个高峰。

| Abstract: | Under the two philosophy ideological trend of scientism and humanism, the study of western educational administration in the 20th has experienced the first scientific peak of empirical science in the 1970s. The emergence of post empirical science and multi-juxtaposition of science and humanism, objectivity and havesubjectivity,fact and value, organization and individual have formed the second peak. |
