科技创新支撑IT人才培养的协同模式与实践——以重庆邮电大学为例

随着飞速发展的信息产业对创新型IT人才需求的剧增,加速培养与前沿科技发展、国际化进程、产业大环境紧密结合的高水平IT人才迫在眉捷。科技创新和人力资源作为知识经济的两大支柱与高等教育紧密相关,为此坚持"以高水平科学研究支撑高质量高等教育"理念,充分发挥信息技术学科特色,利用高校科技创新体系和科研创新成果,集"创新性、行业性、协同性"于一体的资源优势,促进科研与教学的有机融合,有利于拓展和创新基于科技创新体系的IT人才协同培养模式的建设与实践,提高"专业化、国际化、特色化"的IT人才培养质量,保障科学稳定的创新人才培养体系的有效实施与发展,实现科技创新工作与高水平IT人才培养协同发展。

Scientific and Technological Innovation to Support Collaborative Mode and Practice of IT Training

With the rapid demand for innovative IT talent during the course of development of the information industry, it is urgent to need high level IT personnel with the cutting-edge technology internationalization in the industry environment. Science and technology innovation and human resources are considered as the two pillar of the knowledge economy, which are closely related to the higher education. The writer puts forwards some suggestions： adhering to the concept of ＂support high quality higher education by studying the scientific level＂, giving full play to the subject characteristics of information, using the scientific research innovation of science and technology innovation system of universities, promoting the qualities of ＂innovation, industry, cooperation＂ talents, which is beneficial to the development and innovation of cooperative culture construction and practice of the mode of technological innovation system based on IT personnel.
