| 摘 要： | 在体育仲裁实践中,体育仲裁机构仲裁管辖权的取得,很大部分是基于许可合同或体育组织章程的仲裁条款.由此引发了学者们关于我国体育仲裁管辖"强制与自愿"的争论.结合仲裁理论对此作一简单探讨.
