| 摘 要： | 艺术教育有其独特的学科性质与育人价值，在促进创新人才培养方面有着重要意义，当前艺术教育存在的问题与误区，使其应有作用难以发挥。要在保障课程开设、师资配备、硬件投入的基础上，加大艺术社团建设、图书馆功能开发、实践活动开展及校园环境改造等方面的力度，为促进创新人才培养提供条件。

| Abstract: | Problems and misunderstandings exist in artistic education with its unique disciplinary nature and great value, thus downplaying its role in talents cultivation. On the basis of curriculum setup, fully-staffed faculty and increased hardware investment, it is vital to create a favorable environment for the cultivation of innovative talents by means of arts education, arts societies, libraries＇ roles, practical activities and campus environmental improvement. |
