摘    要:文章立足于太原市农村地区中学英语教师的教育现状,指出继续教育培训对于农村中学英语教师专业成长的必要性,分析了目前太原市农村中学英语教师继续教育培训中存在的问题和局限,试图探讨能满足农村英语教师继续教育需求的培训模式,起到抛砖引玉的作用,并能对今后的继续教育培训工作有所帮助。

Abstract:The paper,based on current education situation of English teachers in Taiyuan Rural Middle School,points out that it is necessary for middle school teachers to develop their professional skills.It analyzes existing problems and limitations in current education training.Trying to explores a kind of suitable training model which can meet the needs of English teachers in Taiyuan Rural Middle School with hopes to provide great help to further education training in future.
