| 摘 要： | 根据师专学生未来职业的需要，师专体育应面向农村中学，提出了把师专学生培养成为合格的初中班主任进而把其培养成为能够胜任兼职体育教师的复合型人才的方法与措施，并进行了多年的实践研究，为师专体育的教学改革进行了一些有益的探索。 |

| Abstract: | According to the requirements for the future p ro fessions of the students in the teachers college,this paper proposes ways and me thods for the P.E. to be open to the rural middle schools and cultivate form mas ters that possess the abilities of a P.E. master. The purpose is to probe in to the reform of P.E. in teachers college. |
