| 摘 要： | 复杂性科学以全新的理论框架体系和全新的思维模式来理解自然界带给我们的问题,改变了人们的思维方式。运动训练学作为体育学科的一个子系统,其自身的复杂性要求运用复杂性科学的相关知识来解决运动训练中的难题。文章通过对复杂性、复杂性科学概念的词义解析和特征分析,阐述了运动训练理论的六大复杂性特征,并应用复杂性科学方法对运动训练理论研究中一些经典命题进行了例证性的解释。

| Abstract: | Complexity Science changes people's mode of thinking with a new theoretical framework and way of thinking.As a sub-system of sport science,sports training theory needs the knowledge of complexity science to solve problems in sports training.This paper states the six important features of complexity by analyzing the concepts and features of complexity science,and carries out a number of propositional interpretations of classic examples in sports training theory research through the complexity science. |
