| 摘 要： | 体育与健康课程改革是高职院校体育改革的核心,根据2 1世纪高校体育教学的指导思想,结合体育文化的发展方向及当代体育课程的发展趋势, 针对当前高职院校体育课程改革的现状及问题,对高职院校体育与健康课程的课程设置、教学内容、组织形式、评价体系等诸方面进行改革的实践和探索,建立较为完整的体育教学新模式,引导学生个性健康、和谐的发展,实现终生体育的目的.

| Abstract: | By summing up the experience of course construction and the situation and existing problems in the teaching reform,combining with the developing direction of P.E.culture and the tendency of sports and health course,we should examine the teaching objectives of sports and health course in higher vocational schools closely and establish modern and integrated teaching methods.Physical and mental health should be regarded as the final purpose.We should fully arouse initiative and enthusiasm of students to participate in exercises and activities,and lay the foundation for students' lifetime sports. |
