| 摘 要： | 德育工作是做人的工作，人的因素在德育工作中居于根本性地位。因此，在新的历史时期，要全面推进德育工作，就必须紧紧围绕“人”这一主体展开，坚持以人为本，理解和关心教育对象，尊重和发展教育对象，增强德育工作的实效性。

| Abstract: | Moral education is an undertaking concerning personnel in which human factors take up a fundamental position. The promotion of moral education in an all round way in the new historic period should focus on the subjective of "people", adhere to the idea of people first, understand and care for them, respect and help them to make progress so as to heighten the effect of moral education. |
