大学生学习方式与创新能力的关系研究

摘    要:通过对课堂教育情景下大学生学习方式(学习的动机和策略)与创新能力(创新人格和创新思维)两者内在关系的实证研究分析,表明学习的深层动机与创新人格(好奇心和意志力)显著正相关;同时,深层策略与创新人格(好奇心和意志力)和创新思维(流畅性、灵活性、独创性)也显著正相关。
