试析《道德经》对武术套路教练员专业素质培养的启示

《道德经》是中国古代一部重要的哲学巨作，武术套路教练员在现代竞技武术领域中扮演着十分重要的角色，提高教练员素质已成为世界各国提高竞技体育科学化训练水平的主要途径。文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，通过借鉴《道德经》的教育和管理思想，阐述从中得到的提高武术套路教练员专业素质的一些启示，从而促进我国武术事业的发展，同时也为我国体育教练员专业素质的培养提供启迪和参考。

Analysis on Dao-De-Jing for Wushu Routine Coaches Specialized Quality Development

＂DaoDeJing＂is an important and great philosophical work produced in ancient China, The Wushu repertoire trainers are playing a very important role in the modem athletics Wushu domain. Improveing the coaches quality have become the main way that various countries raise athletics sports scientific style training level. This paper uses literature, logic analysis, and some other methods. Through use for reference from ＂the Dao De Jing＂ education and management thought and elaborates to obtain some enlightenment that can improve Wushu routine coaches specialized quality. Thus our country Wushu enterprise＇s development can be promoted, simultaneously our country sports coaches ＇ specialized quality development can he given an enlighten and a profit function.
