高职院校青年班主任的成长与责任研究

Research on growth and responsibility of young headteacher in higher vocational college

Higher vocational college is a new college,which appears with economic construction and social development.It undertakes the important historical mission of cultivating skill type and applied talents.Young headteacher plays a more important role in the process of cultivating students＇ comprehensive quality.The particularity of higher vocational college students puts forward new requirements to young headteachers＇ work.According to the characteristics of higher vocational college,how to do well in headteachers＇ work has become a problem which is urgent to study and solve for the higher vocational college educators.Facing the era requirement of new period higher vocational education,the points that young headteacher should pay attention in growth process and the responsibility that young headteacher should possess are proposed in order to promote and help young headteacher grow up as soon as possible.
