| 摘 要： | 信息化建设对高等教育改革与发展起着推动作用，表现在教育思想、教学模式、人才培养模式、教育规模、教育效益等方面。高校在信息化建设中也存在着一些问题：教育观念落后、信息化投资效益不高、缺乏统一规划和标准、资源配置结构不合理、夸大信息技术的作用、信息素质教育力度不够等。针对这些现象，要从加强信息化建设总体规划、注重投资成本与利用效益的核算，提高信息技术的实效性，加强信息资源的建设和利用，加强师资建设，重视信息化人才培养等5方面加以改进。
