| 摘 要： | 对影响我国高校高水平田径运动队发展的诸多因素,主要包括运动员入学时的专项及文化基础、项目分布、训练及比赛、管理、经费、竞赛体制、高校教练员等方面进行了分析研究,结合我国高校高水平田径队发展的现状及客观实际,探讨了在这些方面存在的问题和不足及解决建议。
