立足教育公平 平衡城乡教育——推进“区域教育高位、优质、均衡”的实践与思考

义务教育取得重大发展的同时,城乡教育差距依然存在,影响了教育公平。教育是否公平是区域教育发展的症结所在。这不仅关系到农村是否能缩小与城市学校之间的办学条件差距,从而实施高水平、高质量的普及九年义务教育,也关系到社会主义新农村建设的基础和全局。本文介绍了吴江教育在平衡城乡教育、加快区域教育发展方面的做法以及取得的实绩,同时提出推进教育公平需要系统思维,需要通过教育内外部协调性的制度建设实施稳步推进,这不仅是教育系统的期待,也是全社会的期待。

Practice and Reflection on Educational Equity and Urban-Rural Education

Despite the great development of compulsory education in China,the difference between urban and rural education still exists,which has an effect on educational equity that is also the key to local educational development.This essay mainly presents the ways and achievements of balancing urban-rural education and expediting local educational development in the city of Wujiang.Meanwhile,systematic ideas are necessary in promoting educational equity,and internal coordination of educational system is helpful to the gradual promotion.
