退役运动员职业转换过渡期职业教育与技能培训形式的探讨

针对退役运动员＂就业难＂长期得不到根本解决,以及运动员退役后就业中遇到的种种困难等问题,按照国家为解决以上问题提出的＂职业转换过渡期＂制度,对如何有效地进行职业教育与技能培训,做了深入调查和实践探讨。论文根据社会需要与运动员实际情况,对运动员职业转换过渡期的有关概念、新制度下职业教育与技能培训问题进行研究,提出了不同类型运动员职业教育与技能培训的设计方案。
