英国教师持续专业发展的模式研究

摘    要:教师持续专业发展强调专业发展的持续性,目的是增进教师的专业知识和技能,以不断适应社会发展和教育发展对自身专业素养的要求。英国教师持续专业发展存在四种模式:高等院校的系统培训模式、自我导向学习模式、校本持续专业发展模式、网络运用模式。英国教师的持续专业发展模式的阐述对我国教师专业发展具有一定的启示作用。

Abstract:Teachers ’ continuing professional development(CPD) stresses on continuing professional development,the purpose is to enhance teachers’ professional knowledge and skills to constantly adapt to social development and educational development.British teachers’ continuing professional development has four modes as follows: systematic training model in higher institutions,self-directed learning model,school-based continuing professional development model and network model.British teachers’ continuing professional development model provides great inspiration for teachers’ professional development in China.
