| Abstract: | Wushu, as one of the Chinese traditional sports, is full of our national aesthetic characteristics. Its actions also express the aesthetic characteristics, based on the inner spirit and outer skillful movements. It's the perfect cooperation of the inner and the outer, the poses and the spirit, which shows us that the deep Chinese traditional culture spirit and the beauty of old oriental civilization. |
