An Analysis on the Energy Change in Woman's Triple Jump Skills

We try to study the key biomechanical characeristics and the arrangement at different stages of the triple jump from the final 8 jumpers at the 6 th World Championship of Tract and Field,and to provide the energy change in triple jump as refrence for the training of woman's triple jump in China.The study shows that the key technical factor of woman's triple jump is how to get the fastest speed and how to reduce the energy.At the same time,how to use the energy is also important.
