| 摘 要： | 城市的特色是一个城市核心竞争力的集中体现，塑造城市特色是当今城市参与全球竞争的重要策略。城市特色为提高城市竞争力，促进城市经济的快速发展提供了良好的条件。福州作为海峡西岸经济区的重要城市，如何塑造具有个性魅力的城市形象，提高城市竞争力，其意义十分重大。
